Daniella Herrera
A body of work exploring home as layered and evolving, not only as constructed through drawings, but through inheritance, memory, and environment. At first glance, visually convoluted pieces unfold into archival systems that collapse varied perspectives. Working primarily in ink, large-scale compositions merge personal and familial archives with spatial elements, connecting how environments shape identity across generations.
Inspired by and featuring photographs taken by Raul Herrera during his time at Fordham University Lincoln Center, for his Introduction to Photography course, 1988.
