Statement
Dreams and dream theory have emerged and secured a greater role in both my academic and personal life during the past few years, providing me with teachings, predictions, and inspirations. I view dreams as a state outside of space and time, a fantasy, wish, nostalgia, Divine communication.
I intend to explore and translate the visceral, timeless yet prophetic, scattered yet spiritually parabolic structure of dreams by incorporating non-linear plot structures, non-diegetic sound, surrealism, as well as the stream-of-consciousness technique as a method to present my internal state at the time of conception, or personal dream.
