Humans have always found themselves sanctified by the vibrant pulse of the forest, the soil dense and swimming with rustling creatures, mixed and boiled and reborn into a heaven rich–a paradise soaked with life. Yet there is a primordial fear which beats urgently in our minds as we traverse through nature, as the hand of ancient, unknown forces could send violence and misfortune our way at any moment. In this series, I explore a world much like our own, where bubbling green thickets teem with life and decay, mysteries lace each creature's veins, and every dark passage could present a ghastly surprise.
