Videos of the Neighborhood
Hanging out on street corners, filing in and out of laundromats, workdays at a local frame shop, and interactions in local coffee spots, these videos capture the everyday, mundane experiences of the community that constitutes Hell’s Kitchen. Closing in on the subjects and rooting them in their physical context, I aim to emphasize the symbiotic relationship between the physical space and the people who occupy it.
